This course is intended to prepare Security Officers for the State of Connecticut Armed Security Officer (Blue Card) Training Course. This course will address required equipment, skills needed to manage the firearm, and address marksmanship fundamentals. This is not a certification course, it is designed to prepare you to take the Armed Security Course.

Required Equipment:

Duty style firearm

Duty style holster

Three magazines

Magazine pouch

Strong belt

500 rounds of ammunition

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a class and re-schedule to a new date, its free for the first time, but if you miss the 2nd date that you re-scheduled to you will lose $25 from your deposit.

If you want to cancel the class in full, there is a $25 cancellation fee.

DRESS CODE: Closed toe shoes only NO FLIP FLOPS. No low cut tops or V neck shirts.
